Rockstar was incredibly easy to work with and the booking process was simple. Their coordinators were very organized and helpful throughout the process. Drivers were there on time, drove safely, and the buses were in good condition. The driver had the whole bus laughing and having a good time. We used ROCKSTAR LIMO for our wedding in April. Overall ROCKSTAR LIMO was great. Clean, timely, and friendly. Sara A. helped us book and she was knowledgeable and helpful! We got two sprinter vans to our venue and one sprinter and a luxury sedan back to the hotel. Everything about the cars was very fun! The complimentary champagne was also great! The only hiccup we had was the vans taking us to the venue were early (which shouldn’t be a problem), so we came down about 10 minutes early. One of the drivers then began to fight us saying at first they weren’t ready then that the groom was supposed to go first. The contract stated me (the bride) was supposed to go first. I did not want to see my husband before the wedding, and I was concerned there was going to be a problem. Eventually, the drivers called the best man (our day of contact for ROCKSTAR), and they let us go. It was all just a little weird and the drivers called did not need to start off the defensive, because it was clearly a miscommunication. To give the driver credit, he did apologize and turn around his attitude once we were loading up. Again, just a small hiccup but worth noting. We had none of these issues with the drivers at the end of the night, so overall not representative of ROCKSTAR LIMO’s service as a whole!

We booked a Trolley and 2 motor coaches for my daughters wedding in October. Carol was efficient and answered all my questions. All the transportation arrived timely to pick up my guests. At the end of the night the buses were there to take everyone back to the hotel. I hightly recommend Rockstar for your events.

We got married in Plymouth in June 2025 and used Rockstar for our wedding party transportation and guest transportation for the day. The buses (motor bus and luxury van) arrived on time and the drivers were very polite. Booking was very easy and they were thorough with what we needed. They were communicative, easy to get ahold of, and very flexible with adjusting our pick-up time. Our driver was friendly and delivered us safely to our destination. The price point was very reasonable.

We booked a trolley and coach shuttle buses for our wedding day and they were great. Everything ran on time, everything was clean, the drivers were extremely nice and flexible, very accommodating. The wording of the logistics / itinerary was a bit confusing going into it but they took care of everything and it all came together seamlessly. Would reccomend.
